Canned salmon is the perfect texture for anyone needing soft food. Whip up with some low fat mayonnaise, lemon and garlic for a yummy meal.

5 ounces canned salmon 2 tablespoon Reduce-fat mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Drain off the water from the canned salmon.
Place salmon into a food processor.
Add in mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Not a fan of canned tuna? You can use a cooked salmon fillet or tuna if you wish.
The amount of lemon and garlic can be increased or decrease to your taste.
