Canned salmon is the perfect texture for anyone needing soft food. Whip up with some low fat mayonnaise, lemon and garlic for a yummy meal.

  • Can Opener
  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces canned salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Reduce-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Drain off the water from the canned salmon.
  • Place salmon into a food processor.
  • Add in mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

Not a fan of canned tuna? You can use a cooked salmon fillet or tuna if you wish.
The amount of lemon and garlic can be increased or decrease to your taste.
