Spinach artichoke dip made with fresh spinach is an easy dip perfect for any party.

- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 5 ounce of fresh spinach 1 bag
- 1 10 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- ¼ cup light mayo
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
Add spinach to skillet, saute until wilted.
While spinach is cooking cut artichoke hearts into bite sided pieces. (save marinade)
Add artichoke pieces to skillet along with 1 tablespoon of artichoke marinade.
Place cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, parmesan cheese, and salt to spinach artichoke mixture.
Heat until sour cream and parmesan is melted.
Place spinach artichoke dip into a baking pan.
Bake dip until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
