Egg Salad

- 6 hard boiled eggs cooled and peeled
- ½ cup onion minced
- 1 stalk of celery diced
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 Tablespoons non fat plain Greek style yogurt
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice and cube hard boiled eggs and place in a medium sized bowl.
Add into bowl celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt, and seasonings, stir to combine.
