- 3 ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ⅓ cup walnuts chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl mash peeled bananas.
Add in maple syrup and melted butter, stir to mix.
Add in vanilla and egg, stir to mix.
Add in baking soda, salt, and flour, stir to combine.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 4x8 loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
