Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl mash peeled bananas.
  • Add in maple syrup and melted butter, stir to mix.
  • Add in vanilla and egg, stir to mix.
  • Add in baking soda, salt, and flour, stir to combine.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Pour batter into a greased and floured 4x8 loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
