Sriracha Shrimp with Zoodles

- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small yellow/summer squash
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 dozen raw shrimp peeled
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
Slice zucchini and yellow squash in a spiralizer making noodle.
Cut spiraled vegetable noodles into 4-6 inch pieces.
In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger in oil for until onion softens.
Add in shrimp, cook until pink.
Add in spiralized squash to skillet or wok, cook for about three minutes to soften.
Add in sriracha sauce and stir to coat.
Serve immediately.
