Sriracha Shrimp with Zoodles

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small yellow/summer squash
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 dozen raw shrimp peeled
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha sauce


  • Slice zucchini and yellow squash in a spiralizer making noodle.
  • Cut spiraled vegetable noodles into 4-6 inch pieces.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion, garlic, and ginger in oil for until onion softens.
  • Add in shrimp, cook until pink.
  • Add in spiralized squash to skillet or wok, cook for about three minutes to soften.
  • Add in sriracha sauce and stir to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
