Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 8 ounce fresh mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Cut tomatoes in to 1/2 inch slices.
  • Cut mozzarella into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Place mozzarella slices onto tomato slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
