  • 1 pound Turkey Breast boneless or whole turkey breast with bones (5 pounds)
  • 4 tablespoons Rosemary about 2 fresh sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon Sage 4-6 fresh leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 4 Peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Place turkey breast into your slow cooker

  2. Place fresh herbs, garlic, and peppercorns around the sides of the slow cooker

  3. Pour water over the turkey breast

  4. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours
