Roasted Sweet Potatoes

- 1 large Sweet Potato
- 1 large White Sweet Potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 glove of garlic minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice sweet potatoes in ΒΌ inch slices.
Place in a roasting ban or baking pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add minced garlic.
Stir to combine ingredients.
Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Stir occasionally during roasting.
