Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Sweet Potato
  • 1 large White Sweet Potato
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 glove of garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice sweet potatoes in ΒΌ inch slices.
  • Place in a roasting ban or baking pan.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add minced garlic.
  • Stir to combine ingredients.
  • Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
  • Stir occasionally during roasting.
