Pumpkin Praline Frozen Yogurt

  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 5.3 ounce containers Pumpkin Spice Siggi's Yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. In small bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup, and salt.
  2. Place pecan pieces into a saute pan and toast on medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove pecans from heat and add butter, and sugar mixture.
  4. Coat pecan well.
  5. Pour pecans out onto parchment and let cool.
  6. Combine yogurt, pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  8. Place yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker.
  9. Add in whipping cream and maple syrup.
  10. Churn for about 10-15 minutes or until an ice cream consistency is achieved.
  11. Place frozen yogurt into a freezer safe container.
  12. Stir in pecans.
  13. Cover container and place yogurt in freezer for about 3 hours.
