Taco Dip

Taco Dip

  • 8 ounce low fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 ounces low fat cheddar cheese I used Cabot
  • 1 can 15 ounce black beans
  • 2 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 pint grape or cherry tomatoes quartered


  1. In a medium bowl blend together cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, and taco dip.
  2. Spread cheese mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Top cream mixture with black beans.
  4. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
