Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place asparagus evenly onto a baking sheet.
  4. Cook asparagus for 10 minutes.
  5. Removed asparagus and sprinkle cheese evening over asparagus.
  6. Return asparagus to oven and let cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
