- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter softened at room temperature
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients: flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats.
In a mixing bowl cream butter with sugars.
Add in vanilla and maples syrup.
Beat in egg.
In small batches stir dry ingredients into wet until combined.
Slowly stir in nuts, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 10 minutes.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes.
