Beef with Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 10.75 oz. can condensed tomato soup
  • Black Pepper to taste I use about 1/8 tsp
  • 1 14.5 oz. can No Added Salt Carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine ground beef, onion, black pepper and tomato soup.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in carrots and gently combine.
  5. Place mixture into a deep casserole dish.
  6. Place casserole into the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes.
  7. Serve on top of mashed potatoes if desired.
